The Tulsa County District Attorney's office has issued an arrest warrant for the man wanted in connection with the murder of an NSU professor.
OSBI agents and local law enforcement officials have been searching for Joshua Schneider, 33, and his girlfriend, Heather Black, 37 since both ran from police in midtown Tulsa last Thursday.
Following the chase, the pair left Schneider's two-year-old daughter in a car found in a wooded area near Pine and Hwy. 169, with no air-conditioning and a window "slightly cracked," according to court documents.
An affidavit filed in Tulsa Co. on Thursday reveals Schneider and Black are wanted on charges of child neglect and eluding a police officer.
Authorities said they have "credible information" that Black has cut her hair and dyed it a dark color.
Schneider is described as a white male, standing 5'2" tall, weighing 150 lbs.
He is also wanted by OSBI agents and Tahlequah police for questioning in the murder of Tiffany Maher in May.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call 911.
