Tulsa Police have identified a man who died after a gang fight Sunday morning.

Officers say Jone Vang, 21, was found dead in the parking lot outside Shotguns Bar near 41st and Peoria.

Investigators say two people from rival Asian gangs had a chance meeting at the bar Sunday at 1 a.m. An argument inside the bar spilled over into the parking lot.

Police say that's when pulled out guns and shot at each other. When police got to the bar, they found Vang dead in the parking lot. Officers say he is an active member of an Asian Street Gang. It is not clear how long Vang has been in Tulsa.

A short time later, an Asian male was dropped off at St. Francis with a gun shot. At the same time, another Asian male got to St. John with injuries from being beaten. Police have linked the men to the fight at the bar.

Police have identified Fue Xiong, 22, who was part of the fight. Officers say Xiong picked up one of the guns used in the shooting and clubbed a 28-year-old man over the head with a gun.

Officers say they set up surveillance on Xiong and noticed that the vehicle used to drop off the shooting victim at St. Francis was in Xiong's driveway.

Xiong was arrested Monday afternoon.

Detectives are still looking for the guns and two to three more witnesses/suspects.
