Police in Hugo and OSBI agents are searching for a man accused of murdering two men Saturday night.

Hugo Police got a 911 call around 11 p.m. about a shooting at an apartment complex and found two men had been shot multiple times.

Floyd Clegg, 23, of Colbert, and Qualin Hayden, 19, of Sherman, Texas, were both taken to Choctaw Memorial Hospital, where they were pronounced dead.

The two were visiting a friend at the apartment, authorities said.

Police said that a witness told them 23-year-old Dawaylon Rainey, also known as "Hog," came into the apartment, shot both men and fled the area on foot.

Rainey is from Hugo and described as a black male, 6'2" tall and 175 lbs.

He has an arrest warrant out for two counts of first-degree murder and bond has been set at $5 million.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017 or Hugo Police.
