Police Investigate Overnight Shooting at East Tulsa Club

Posted: Updated:

Police are investigating a shooting at an East Tulsa club overnight Thursday.

Officers were called to the Vegas Club on 9124 E. Admiral just after 2 a.m. on a report of shots fired.

When they arrived, they say they didn't find any signs of a disturbance or a victim.

About 20 minutes later, a 28-year-old man was brought to the OSU Medical Center in a private vehicle with a gunshot wound to his lower back, police said.

The man said he was at the Vegas Club when he was shot, but did not tell officers why he was shot or who shot him.

The victim's injuries are non-life threatening, police said, and the investigation into exactly what happened continues.
