Tulsa Mother Arrested After School Officials Find Belt Marks on Kids
Officers placed a Tulsa mother under arrest Wednesday afternoon on allegations of child abuse.
Tulsa Police placed Nasasha Moore under arrest on one complaint of child physical abuse. She was taken into custody at her apartment complex in West Tulsa.
According to the booking report, officers were called to Eugene Field Elementary School on Oct. 2. to respond to reports of child abuse. When they arrived they found two younger boys with several belt loop marks on their bodies.
Officers found the marks on their backs were scabbed and had additional injuries on their legs.
Moore was called to the school and police discovered that she had previous reports of child abuse against her. According to the reports, she hit another child in the eye.
Officer place her under arrest and booked her on $50,000 bond.
