Authorities Searching for Person of Interest in Assault Case

The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office is searching for a person of interest in an assault and battery case.

According to a release from TCSO, Corey Lamont Reese, 36, is a person of interest in an assault and battery case that occurred on Sunday.

A woman was taken to a Tulsa hospital with life threatening injuries. The assault happened near 5300 W. 2nd St. The victim is still being treated for serious injuries.

Reese also has a felony warrant for his arrest for two counts of possession of a firearm.

Reese is described as being 6 feet tall and weighs about 175 pounds. He was last seen driving a silver utility vehicle with an unknown model, make or tag number.

Reese is considered a certified gang member by law enforcement. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anybody with information concerning this investigation or the whereabouts of Corey Lamont Reese is asked to call the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigative Division at 918-596-8661. Individuals having contact with Reese should contact 911 immediately.
