Easy 1-2-3 Very Berry Pie

Crust:

1 (12 ounce) Pillsbury Pet-Ritz Deep Dish Frozen Pie Crust

1 small package crushed pecans


Filling:

1 small carton fresh blueberries

1 small jar blueberry glaze

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup whipping cream

1 small carton fresh strawberries

1 small jar strawberry glaze

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Layer crushed pecans onto unbaked Pillsbury Pet-Ritz pie crust. Bake for 14 minutes until golden brown. Cool crust for 15 minutes.
  • First Bowl: Mix blueberries with blueberry glaze.
  • Second Bowl: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped cream together.
  • Third Bowl: Mix strawberries with strawberry glaze.
  • Layer the filling in order of blueberries, cream cheese mixture and then strawberries into the baked crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.

Optional Decorating Pie: Cut out shapes with pie crust and bake for 14 minutes at 400 degrees F. Use leftover berries to decorate top. Make candied berries (roll berries in white corn syrup and then sprinkle with sugar).
