According to a previous report from the Associated Press, a TPD helicopter happened to be near a Tulsa event center Saturday night when the two suspects opened fire. Both were spotted driving away from the scene and arrested nearby.

TPD officials added that one of the suspects attempted to throw a black hoodie and gun from the vehicle following the shooting. He was reportedly only in his boxer shorts during the time of his arrest.
