Posted: Updated:
Tulsa Police officers were called to a shots fired call in west Tulsa that resulted in an eight hour stand-off, Saturday morning.

At 3:37 a.m., dispatchers received a call on shots fired at a home near 5400 S. 40th W. Avenue. According to public information officer Leland Ashley, the original call was listed as a domestic.

23-year-old Deandre Conchitis went over to the home of the mother of his child early Saturday morning. The mother wanted Conchitis to leave, but he refused. The woman then called relatives that lived in the area to help.

According to Ashley, Conchitis then fired several shots at the family, but no one was injured.

Officers at the scene established connection with him, but then he hung up. Special operations task force members surrounded the home. Around 11:30 a.m., officers made entry and discovered he was gone.

Police officers are still actively looking for him. He is described as a black male and it was wanted for two counts of shooting with intent to kill.
