Oklahoma authorities released the name of a woman killed Thursday afternoon in a fatal wreck in Rogers County.
State officials reported that 38-year-old Michelle Hall was killed after her vehicle went off a bridge and landed on the Will Rogers Turnpike on its top. This was in an area east of Claremore.
According to a statement from the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety, Hall was pronounced dead at the scene from "massive injuries." Troopers also found an unidentified juvenile passenger in the vehicle at the time of the accident.
Emergency crews transported the juvenile to a Tulsa area hospital with head injuries. He is reportedly in stable condition.
Officers stated in their preliminary report that Hall had not been wearing her seatbelt at the time of the wreck.
At the time of the collision traffic was backed up 3/4 of a mile.
