Men Reportedly Kidnap, Assault Woman for Two Weeks

Police arrested a Tulsa man this week for reportedly kidnapping and assaulting a woman for two weeks.

Tulsa Police placed Garry Livers under arrested and booked him on one count of kidnapping. He was taken into custody at his house in the 1600 block of N. Evanston Pl.

According to a booking report, an unidentified woman told police that she had been held against her will by Livers and another man. She stated she was stabbed, kicked and tased repeatedly at a residence in midtown.

During her statement to police the victim told them that the incident began when Livers and the other man pointed guns at her and "forcibly removed her from her residence."

Livers is being held at the Tulsa County Jail. Police are still looking for another suspect.
