Grover Prewitt Jr. is free on bond.
In April, Prewitt was charged after bodies of Wendy Camp; her 6-year-old daughter, Cynthia Britto; and Camp's sister-in-law, Lisa Kregear were found in land that he owned at different times in the 1990s.
Prewitt was charged as an accessory after the fact of first-degree murder and his hearing has been postponed until March 7.
Prewitt pleaded not guilty.
