Zenthoefer said that the store is still a work in progress but plans to have a full catering menu, grab-and-go sandwiches and daily breakfast solutions for those who want to eat healthy and on-the-go during their lunch break or on the way to a ball game.
John Gibbens, a chef at Folks Urban Market, said that the store and its employees want to offer convenience and be able to have healthy food conversation with the citizens of Tulsa.
The store, which is still looking for more local vendors, is located at 305 East Archer.
