On Jan. 27, 1991, a 24 year-old man was found dead inside his home in Bristow on the 200 block of East Washington.
The case is still yet to be solved.
However, the OSBI is offering a $5,000 reward for information regarding who it was that killed Michael Gabriel, pictured above, 23 years ago.
"We hope offering a sizeable reward will encourage someone with information to come forward. Time could also be a positive factor in this situation. In other cases where a crime has gone unsolved for decades, we have seen relationships change empowering a witness to come forward," said Jessica Brown, OSBI public information officer, in a press release.
Anyone with information on the case can call OSBI at 1-800-522-8017.
