The Tulsa Fire Department responded to a house fire in north Tulsa tonight in which no one was injured.
Upon arrival at the 500 block of East 27th Place North, fire crews saw heavy flames out of the front window and learned that the three people in the home, one adult and two children, had already escaped the home.
The homeowner Rhoshanda Anderson was not home at the time of the fire, and became aware of the fire from a friend.
"The first thing that popped into my head was 'where are my babies?'" Anderson said.
Anderson's twins and their father were the three who escaped the fire without injury.
There will now be an investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
Roger Schafer, TFD acting captain, estimated that the 30 percent of the home will have to be rebuilt from the fire damage.
