A Tulsa man was arrested for allegedly shooting and killing two men outside an after-hours club in October.
According to a release from Tulsa Police Homicide Unit, 23-year-old Marcus Miller was taken into custody on unrelated charges on Nov. 1, 2013. Two counts of first degree murder were added to his previous charges Friday, Jan. 10.
Miller is accused of shooting and killing David Muses and Marrico McGuire outside of a club called Hotspots near the 5500 block of E. 11th St.
An altercation had occurred outside of the club and two groups exchanged gunfire, according to the release. Miller was also struck by gunfire during the exchange and detectives are continuing their investigation to identify the shooter of Miller.
According to the release, the investigation is ongoing and those who have continued to provide misleading information in this case will be subject to arrest.
