Spicy Asian Chicken Wings

With peanut-soy satay sauce.

4 pounds chicken wings, raw, trimmed and sectioned.

  • Lightly seasoned with salt & pepper and deep fried or baked in oven until lightly browned and completely cooked to a minimum of 165° internal temp.

Sauce:

1/4 Cup Peanut Butter

3/4 Cup Soy Sauce

1/4 Cup Sesame Oil

1/4 Cup Sugar

1 Teas Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

1 Tabl Fresh Chopped Garlic

1 Tabl Fresh Grated Ginger

1 Tabl Chopped Chives

1 Tabl Chopped Cilantro

  • Whisk all ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.

Peanut-Coconut-Cilantro Crumble:

1/4 Cup Salted Peanuts, chopped

1/4 Cup Flaked Coconut

1/4 Cup Cilantro, chopped

  • Mix all together
  • In large bowl toss wings with the peanut sauce until completely coated; transfer to a platter and sprinkle peanut-coconut-cilantro mix over all and serve.
