Tiffany Bias scored 14 points and Liz Donohoe added 12 points and 10 rebounds as No. 8 Oklahoma State beat Kansas 64-56 on Wednesday night.

Brittany Atkins added 11 points for the Cowgirls (17-1, 6-1 Big 12), who trailed 10 minutes into the second half. A layup by Bias gave Oklahoma State a 46-45 lead - its first lead since 5-4 less than 4 minutes into the first half.

Kansas briefly regained the lead on a layup by CeCe Harper, but the Cowgirls took it right back on another layup by Bias.

Chelsea Gardner scored 15 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for the Jayhawks.

The Jayhawks were trying to knock off an opponent ranked in the top 10 for the second time in a span of a few days after upsetting then-No. 7 Baylor on Sunday.
