Authorities in eastern Oklahoma have located the two individuals that escaped from the Delaware County Jail this evening.

Initial reports state that Pete Wolfe and Anthony Anderson escaped the jail in Jay around 1:45 a.m. Delaware County's Sheriff's Office said other inmates reported the incident to a jailer. They broke out of cell number two.

The Sheriff's Office said around 5 p.m. Wednesday, Mayes County authorities found two orange jumpsuits. Shortly before 8 p.m., the sheriff's office confirmed the two inmates had been located in Mayes County.

The two were picked up off of Highway 82 just north of Salina. Both have already been booked into Mayes County jail.

"Every deputy that works for Delaware County is in service right now," said Delaware County Sheriff Harlan Moore. He said one of the inmates was likely cut from the glass. However, he did not leave a blood trail from the jail. Moore said within 30 minutes of the escape, 20 officers were in Jay to begin the search.

Officials at the Delaware County Sheriff's Office told KTUL that Wolfe is being held for robbery with a dangerous weapon. Anderson is wanted for second degree rape and second degree burglary.

Some area school districts went into partial lock down Wednesday, including Chouteau-Mazie schools.

"We were given notice that there was an escapee from the jay area that had been pinged in Pryor, so as a precautionary measure, we're just being a little more vigilant today," said Superintendent Kenny Mason. He said that means securing doors and keeping a close eye out between classes.

Additional area authorities are assisting the DCSO in the search. KTUL will update when the two have been located.
