Arctic Blast Brings Frigid Temps

Now that our winter storm is exiting our attention turns to the arctic air that will plunge south by morning.

The next 72 hours afternoon highs will be bitterly cold in the teens and 20s.

A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for all of Green Country through noon Wednesday. Strong gusty from the north with gusts up to 20 mph, will make it feel even colder.

Wind chill readings during the morning hours will drop range from 5 to -5. The chance for snow returns Thursday, snow accumulations will be less than 1".
