A Tulsa man was arrested Saturday on complaints of second-degree burglary, first-degree rape and domestic assault by strangulation among other things after he allegedly kidnapped and raped his wife, violating a protective order in the process.
According to the police report, Brian Korona, 40, forced his way into a woman's home without permission and wanted her to come home.
He then allegedly choked her and said he would kill her, all in front of their child, the report stated.
The woman told police Korona then drove her and the child to a hotel and raped her after putting duct tape on her mouth, according to the police report.
He reportedly said he would take the victim and child to New York so they could get away from everyone.
Korona then drove them to Bass Pro Shop in Broken Arrow. There, the victim and her child were able to escape and call for help inside, the police report states.
Officers located the suspect in Siloam Springs and booked him in Tulsa County Jail.
Korona had been arrested three previous times for violation of a protective order.
