Fire Danger Continues for Oklahoma

Fire danger continues to be a concern for northeastern Oklahoma.

A red flag warning is in effect until 6 p.m.

Winds will be from the southwest at 15-25 mph again this afternoon, with higher gusts.

Areas on and along Interstate 44 and northeast of Tulsa have the highest chances of seeing brush and grass fires.

Burn bans are in effect in Creek, LeFlore, Okmulgee, Pittsburg, Rogers, Sequoyah and Wagoner counties.
