A man was found and arrested on complaints of first degree murder and kidnapping last night at 9 p.m. in connection with a murder investigation that began in 2013.

Tulsa Police had already arrested Charles and Pauline Johnson in connection to the murder of Duchone Whitworth whose skeletal remains were discovered in the 500 block of 66th Street North in December.

During the interview process, it was discovered that a third man was wanted in connection to the murder, Lyndon Baker, 28.

It is believed all three individuals kidnapped and murdered Whitworth.

Detectives stated that the alleged murder was discovered while investigating the death of four people back in November in the 1300 block of New Haven Ave. Police had brought up the difficulty in dealing with the methamphetamine community in taking an extended period of time to solve the case.

Baker is being held without bond.
