A 26-year-old man was booked into the jail over the weekend after reportedly breaking into a residence in Broken Arrow.
Officers with the Broken Arrow Police Department arrested Travis Navaro early Sunday morning. This was after he reportedly broke into a home in the 900 block of West Pittsburg Place.
Booking information states that officers were called on scene to the residence after the homeowner said he woke up and found Navaro inside the home. All residents stated they did not know Navaro.
"Navaro was intoxicated. He was unsteady on his feet, his eyes were red and watery," the police report describes.
Upon further investigation officers discovered drug paraphernalia on the kitchen table. Among the items was a grinder with raw marijuana that allegedly belonged to Navaro.
Officers placed Navaro under arrest and transported him to the Tulsa County Jail.
