Jenks police have released surveillance photos of an attempted armed robbery.

Police say a man tried to rob the J-Mart, 604 W. Main St., around 9 p.m. on February 24.

The man held up a McDonald’s sack and pointed a chrome gun at the clerk and stated, “You know what to do.”

The clerk refused and the man left on foot.

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man from the photos.
