CCT Capital Arranges $700,000 Financing

Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / March 7, 2014 / CCT Capital Ltd. (“CCT” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, it intends to undertake a non-brokered private placement to raise up to a total of $700,000 through the issuance of 14,000,000 shares of the Company (the “shares”) at a price of $0.05 per Share (the “Offering”). Finder’s fees may be paid in connection with this Offering. CCT intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for general working capital.

The Company is also pleased to announce that trading of its shares will resume at the open on March 10, 2014. The Company’s listing has been transferred to the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange, and trading will resume under the symbol “CCW.H”
