Spring Brings Warmer Weather to Green Country

Posted: Updated:

The cold front has moved across the state, and the showers have stopped. Much needed rain was seen across the area Saturday; not enough to completely eliminate fire danger next week, but enough to make a nice dent in the dry conditions.

Expect near 60 degree high's Sunday, followed by a pretty warm start to next week. High's Monday and Tuesday will be well into the 70s for many across Green Country.

A few slight ups and downs in the forecast this week, but the real winter-like weather seems to be over for now.

Sunday: Mostly sunny and warmer. Winds: S 5-15 mph. High: 58.
