Police have canceled an Amber Alert for a Tulsa girl who was taken from her home this morning.

Tulsa Police have arrested Javonta Williams in connection with the Amber Alert on complaints of kidnapping and larceny from a house.

He is being held on $25,300 bond.

Ky'Riana Richards was found around noon and has been reunited with her mother.

According to a release from Tulsa police, her mother's boyfriend, Williams, forcibly removed Ky'Riana from the residence earlier Monday morning.

Police said Williams was armed with a knife and is not related to Ky'Riana.

Ky'Riana was found with Williams around 12:10 p.m. at a house in north Tulsa.

Neighbor Nicole Wiley was disturbed the event.

"It was weird. I was walking to my friend's house and then he tried to stop me. I had go on the phone with my husband and then I just felt uncomfortable by the way he was talking to me," Wiley said.

"Sometimes it feels unsafe for the kids out here. You never know what's going to happen," she said.
