Yesterday evening officers arrested an Oklahoma City man who allegedly fell through the ceiling of Unity Church in Tulsa.
The police reports says the suspect, Allen Ray Idell Jr., 37, made entry to the church located at 1830 South Boston Avenue through an exterior door and climbed into the attic.
After falling through the ceiling around 6:30 p.m., Idell left the church. Officers located the suspect shortly after 8 p.m. after receiving word of a man knocking on doors and picking the lock to a residence in the area of 1000 E. 18th Street.
At the residence of the lock-picking, officers reportedly located Idell's health card which the suspect had apparently accidentally dropped there.
Members at the church identified Idell as the correct suspect after officers arrested him.
Idell was booked on complaints of first and second degree burglary and is being held on $50,000 bond.
