Silver Alert Issued Out of Muskogee

Muskogee Police have issued a Silver Alert for a man with dementia. They are searching for Lee Phipps, an 87-year-old white male who was last seen this afternoon near Chandler Road and the Muskogee Turnpike.

Phipps is approximately 5'7" and weighs about 175 pounds. He is believed to be wearing a brown multicolored shirt, a beige jacket, olive colored pants and leather shoes.

He is behind the wheel of a 2006 gray Dodge Dakota pickup with and Oklahoma plate of 541-EOL.
