An Okmulgee County school was placed on lockdown Friday morning.
Little information is available at this time. But school officials with Morris Public Schools told KTUL that the threat was discovered before noon.
Faculty found a threatening message written on the wall of the Morris Middle School bathroom. A spokesperson with MPS stated that the children were quickly removed from the school.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol's bomb squad is on the scene. Nothing has been discovered at this time.
More information is expected this afternoon.
