Burglary Suspect Captured by Home Surveillance System

Tulsa police need help identifying a female burglary suspect who was caught in the act March 7 on video.

The home surveillance video, which is on now on YouTube, shows the suspect opening the door of the residence with a tire iron and then shuffling through items in the apartment, even taking some items to her liking.

The video shows the woman entering and leaving the apartment three times.

According to the Tulsa Police Department, the incident occurred between 2:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. on the 6100 block of S. 87th E. Ave.

The suspect is a black female in her 30s or 40s. In the video she is wearing a black jacket, Dallas Cowboys shirt and was carrying a large brown and tan jacket.
