Adair Co. Man Wanted for Assault and Battery

Posted: Updated:

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is searching for a Adair County man who is wanted for an alleged two-day long assault and battery of a 35-year-old woman.

David Tush, 37, is reported to have begun the assault Friday morning which didn't end until the suspect drove the woman home Saturday night.

The victim called for help from her neighbor's house. She was flown to an Arkansas hospital and has been released.

The OSBI thinks Tush could be in a black 2008 Chevrolet Impala with a license number of MD1R9W or with his brother Scotty.

Anyone with information regarding the situation can call the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017.
