A Tulsa man is accused of robbing an Midtown convenience store.

Joseph Michael Rodanski, 40, was arrested on complaints of first degree robbery and public intoxication.

Police say they were called to Fiesta Mart, 3902 E. 11th Street late Thursday night.

Workers said a man walked into the store and said he had a weapon and then took items off the shelf, including chips and beer. The man ran from the store.

Police searched the area around the store and found Rodanski hiding near trash bins. He surrendered when he saw a police dog coming toward him.
