Man in Critical Condition After North Tulsa Shooting

Police are continuing their search for a suspect Friday that left a man in critical condition after a shooting in north Tulsa.

Homicide detectives were sent to Apache Manor apartments Thursday evening after receiving word that an unidentified man had been shot.

Officers told KTUL that the man was shot and transported to an area hospital. That man is reported to be brain dead as of TPD's last update.

"The doctors have not declared him dead however we do not believe that this wound is survivable," a release described.

Few details about the shooting have been released due to the nature of this investigation. No suspect description has been give at this time.
