Suspect Sought in Connection to Tulsa Fraud Ring

The Tulsa Police Department's financial crimes unit is asking the public for help in locating a suspect wanted for alleged fraud.

The TPD said Kimberly and Todd Spicer are wanted for questioning in relation to a major fraud ring in Tulsa that is believed to supply and produce fraudulent checks and ID's.

TPD learned that Kimberly Spicer is in Department of Corrections custody. She was wanted on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for larceny from a retailer.

Todd Spicer, 45, is 6'4" and 195 pounds with brown hair has not yet been found. He is wanted on three outstanding misdemeanor warrants for traffic violations.

The suspected vehicle is a maroon four-door Ford Explorer with a license plate number of 354-JQK.

Those with information that could help Tulsa police are asked to call 918-596-COPS. Cash rewards are offered.
