Beginning Friday and ending on May 4, the German American Society of Tulsa (GAST) is celebrating the annual Germanfest.

The celebration is being held at the GAST Great Hall and lawn at 15th and Terrace Drive in Tulsa.

Germanfest is a celebration of all things Geman, including music, dance, culture and food, from sausages to sauerkraut.

The festival is open from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and noon- 5 p.m. on Sunday. It is open to the public.
