New This Morning... A Tulsa Police K-9 Tracks Down A Burglary Suspect In Osage County.

According to Osage County deputies a man was trying to break in to a car. 

A homeowner near 38th street north and Vancouver 
saw a man trying to break into his car, and called the police.

Officers sent a deputy in an unmarked car to check it out.

The officers attempted to approach the suspect before he took off running.

The officer caught up with the suspect and tased him before police k-9 got involved.

The suspect was taken to the hospital after being bitten on the legs.

Deputies say he'll go to jail after being released from the hospital.
