Second Arrest Made in 2006 Cold Case

Posted: Updated:

Wagoner County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Dayna Miller Friday evening in connection with a 2006 cold case.

Miller is 27-years-old. She was located in the Hulbert area by the WCSO through social media and other modern technologies, deputies said.

Miller was booked on complaints of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit conspiracy after the fact in first-degree murder and accessory after the fact.

A bond has not yet been seen for Miller.

This is the second arrest in connection to the murder of 18-year-old Jarret Clark, the Broken Arrow teenager whose body was found in Fort Gibson Lake back in 2006.

Clark disappeared while at a graduation party at the lake. His family has long suspected that Clark got into a fight, was knocked unconscious and thrown into the lake.

A 2008 grand jury investigation ended without charges.
