Projected Rain Totals
6-10 Day Precipitation Outlook
The chance for rain and storms will be going back up especially by early next week as another system moves in from the west. Right now, the best chance for widespread rain in the coming days for Green Country is Monday.
The moisture is something we need, Tulsa is down by more than 7 inches for the year. Even though we received some rain over the past few days, areas north of I-40 didn’t see much. Here’s a look at some of the totals from Oklahoma’s Mesonet reporting stations.
The latest forecast models for this next system suggest we could see anywhere from 1/2 inch to over an inch in some spots.
After that, the next 6-10 day it looks like our chance for rain will dry up and that trend may actually continue into the last week of month.
