Sand Springs Man Charged in Owasso Shooting

A man was charged in connection to the April 1st shooting in Owasso.

According to court documents, Ryan Alexander William Brashier, 23, of Sand Springs has been charged with shooting with the intent to kill.

Owasso Police responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of W. 17th Street in Owasso on April 1 around 9:45. They found a 25-year-old man had a gunshot wound to his chest.

Witnesses at the scene reportedly identified the suspect that fled in a vehicle.

Tulsa Police officers found Brashier and detained him until Owasso Police could take him into custody.

Emergency crews took the victim to the hospital. The victim's name and condition are not available at this time.

Brashier is expected to appear in court on May 23 at 9:00 a.m.
