Spurs Put Thunder In A 0-2 Hole

Posted: Updated:
The Oklahoma City Thunder suffer another rout from the San Antonio Spurs Wednesday night at the AT&T Center.  OKC falls into an 0-2 hole with a 112-77 loss to the top-seeded Spurs.

Oklahoma City led after the first quarter, but couldn't find any consistent offense after that.  Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook both had just 15 points apiece in game two.  Jeremy Lamb added 13 off the bench.

Tony Parker led the way with a game-high 22 points.  Danny Green was red hot from behind the arch.  He knocked down seven 3-pointers and had 21 points.  Tim Duncan added 14 points and 12 rebounds, and Manu Ginobili and Boris Diaw had 11 points apiece off the bench.

San Antonio used a 25-8 run to end the second half to distance themselves from the Thunder.  Then a dominate third quarter put OKC away.

The Spurs lead the Western Conference Finals 2-0 as the series moves to Oklahoma City for game 3.

Game 3 is Sunday at Chesapeake Arena.  Tip-off is set for 7:30pm.
