Posted: Updated:

A 43-year-old Tulsa woman was booked into Tulsa County Jail on child endangerment and DUI complaints after reportedly causing a collision shortly after 11 p.m. Friday night.

Charlotte Cook, 43, drove on the wrong side of the road, causing a multi-car, injury collision Friday night, the police report states.

Cook reportedly told police that she only had one glass of wine at her friend's house. But police report that she was unsteady on her feet and a strong odor of alcohol. She also failed the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test, police say.

The driver's 14-year-old daughter was a passenger in the vehicle. Neither the suspect nor her daughter was injured in the collision, but others involved in the collision were transported to the hospital.

Cook is being held on $28,600 bond.
