Police Search for Car After Child Injured in West Tulsa Hit and Run

Officers are investigating a hit and run accident in west Tulsa that left a child injured.

Few details are available at this time, but Tulsa Police confirmed that a hit and run call was received Tuesday just before noon near 41st and Union.

Initial information states that a kid was hit by a vehicle in the area. That vehicle left the scene a short time after and hasn't been located.

Detectives are searching for white four-door vehicle that left the area. No other details were provided.
