On May 29, 2014, Vimeo, LLC, an operating business of IAC/InterActiveCorp (IAC), announced its first original programming project with the signing of the critically-acclaimed web series from the husband-and-wife team, Katja Blichfeld and Ben Sinclair, "High Maintenance."
