Skylar Diggins led Tulsa with 21 points as the Shock earned their second consecutive victory with a 72-57 win Tuesday over the New York Liberty.

Former Oklahoma player Courtney Paris had 12 points and a career-best 16 rebounds for her fifth double-double of the season. Rookie Odyssey Sims add 10 points.

New York's Tina Charles led all scorers with 25 points, tying her season high on 11-of-19 shooting. She was the only Liberty player to score in double figures.

Tulsa led from the opening tip, building cushions of as much as 17 points. The Shock led 42-29 at halftime.

Sims again proved her defensive prowess, shutting down veteran Cappie Pondexter, who was held to just seven points on 2-of-14 shooting. With the loss, the Liberty fell to 3-6.

Tulsa (2-5) will host Los Angeles on Friday.
