(“Less Mess” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: LMS) announced today that Mr. James White has joined the Company’s board of directors. Mr. White is the founder, President and CEO of Baynes & White Inc., an employee benefit and pension consulting firm. Mr. White also serves on the boards of Auriga Gold Corp., Umami Sustainable Seafood Inc. and Currency Exchange International Corp.
In order to keep the board at six members, Mr. Clarke Nakamoto has resigned from his position as a director but will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
