A Bixby man is accused of inappropriately touching a young teen at a movie theater.

Police arrested Billy Yancy on a complaint of lewd molestation of minor Wednesday evening. This was for an incident that took place at the Dickinson's Starworld 20 along 101st and Memorial.

Booking information states that an unidentified 14-year-old girl was watching a movie when Yancy began massaging her hand. When she moved her hand away, he proceeded to move his hand to her thigh and began rubbing the area.

"The victim said she got up and left the theater and called a friend to pick her up," the report describes. The teen's mother was notified and met her daughter who told her what had happened.

Officers were told that Yancy called the victim's mother and apologized for the incident. He added that he "did not know what he was doing."

Yancy was located by Bixby Police and booked into the Tulsa County Jail. He is being held on $50,000 bond.
