Tahlequah Harley Davidson Rider Dies in Wagoner County Wreck

A 27-year-old Harley Davidson rider died Saturday night after a collision with a van.

At approximately 7:22 on County Road 700 one mile south of County Road 312 in Wagoner County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports the driver of the motorcycle was heading westbound on County Road 700. A van was eastbound on County Road 700. The OHP reports the motorcycle driver crossed the center line of the roadway and struck the other vehicle.

The victim was identified as Brandon Bushong from Tahlequah. He was pronounced dead on scene. Troopers say the victim's ability to drive was impaired by drinking.

Those present in the van that was struck by the Harley Davidson, a 60-year-old and a 5-year-old were both transported to the Wagoner Community hospital in stable condition.
