Kunzweiler, Jordan Advance to Runoff for Tulsa County DA

Posted: Updated:

Steve Kunzweiler and Fred Jordan will face off again in a run off for Tulsa County District Attorney.

Despite withdrawing from the race, Brian Crain received 13 percent of the vote.

Kunzweiler had 47 percent and Jordan had 40.

Since neither received 51 percent, they will advance to the runoff.

Kunzweiler has filed a legal challenge to Jordan’s candidacy saying Jordan can't hold the office since he was in the legislature when he voted a pay raise for the office he now seeks.
